Steamboat Willie, but on a Wii U GamePad

As of January 1st 2024, one of Walt Disney's oldest Mickey cartoons - the Steamboat Willie, has entered the public domain, meaning everyone can own the cartoon legally, either fully or just parts of it. Yeah, I know, I was really late here, but it's better than not celebrating this event at all.
There are no media players at play here, even WiiMC (its CZcams mode does work on Wii U but poorly). I had to set up a HFS server just to host a single MP4 file, open Wii U's Internet Browser, typed in the server's URL, and played the video from there.
Now that anyone has access to the cartoon, I wonder what they will do to it...
