Make sure y'all check tire pressure before leveling out the shoes! Learned that from donnyboy vids. I was amazed at the difference it made. Hard to tell by the eye but both of my tires basically had no pressure in them. Same for riding mower tires
All snow blowers with auto steer should come with poly shoes from the factory. The steel shoes are a constant battle to keep the machine going straight.
you should really upgrade the skids to wheels- get some small diameter wheels at your local hardware store. best thing you can do to make it easier to operate
