Rallying Cry is a Shovel upgrade that cost 6R(eserves), it's ability is that you have 20% passive defense (EVEN when unequipped). Any hit with ANY weapon fills "Rally", once you have enough Rally you can press Q to have an active 60% defense for about 4-6 second.
