can't for the life of me figure this installation of maps out. Plugged in my tom tom, waited for two hours, the screen on the PC shows me pictures that I don't get on my Tom Tom . Think I shall go and get my old Garmin out of the drawer.
Lawrence Wren, after this video I contacted TomTom and they were more than helpful as the GPS was brand new at that time - still on warranty. There's no solution for this issue - the firmware was bricked with corrupt data. So I returned my GPS and they replaced it with a brand new one.
