I am feeling fear just watching this video. I don't have an inner voice telling me anything, for me it is just a physical feeling.

We have worked with numerous people who experience fear, and most emotions, the same way. For them, there isn't a voice at all, just varying degrees of positive and negative feelings. What studies have shown, and our own coaching validated, is that positive thinking really does make a difference both emotionally and physically for everyone, despite how they typically think or feel. So while you may not have a negative voice, you can think positive thoughts, say positive things, and celebrate yourself, and this WILL change how you feel and abate fear over time. It's worth noting though that it takes consistent practice and has to be done over months for the habit to build and effects to be noticeable. When getting started, just know that it likely will feel stupid, weird, and pointless - do it anyway. It works! Here's a study that corroborates this: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4760272/
