The Almohad Caliphate Empire was a Berber Muslim empire that dominated North Africa and Southern Spain in the 12th and 13th centuries. Founded by Abd al-Mu'min, the empire quickly expanded its influence through military conquests and religious zeal. At its height, the Almohad Caliphate controlled a vast territory, including cities like Marrakech, Seville, and Cordoba.
The empire was known for its strict adherence to Islamic law and its intolerance towards other religions. However, internal strife and external pressures eventually led to the empire's decline. By the mid-13th century, the Almohad Caliphate had lost much of its territory and power. The once-mighty empire was eventually absorbed by the emerging Marinid dynasty in Morocco.
The Almohad Caliphate Empire may have fallen, but its legacy lives on in the history and culture of North Africa and Spain.

Yes like you said, the moors conquered southern europe, alot of people don't know this. There are still black medinas all over europe from the African influence and orginal way all gods in the world looked.
