You and Mitch deserve every coffee you have been given. I don't care how much you have made, the quality of your content and the experience you given away for free out strips any small returns you get.
Thanks, enjoy! ☕
Thank you. Yes, I feel we work hard for our coffees...
looking forward to next video
Me too. Thanks for watching!
I use a bolt as a stop in the drill press table whenever drilling plates or angle iron in case the bit catches causing the workpiece to spin. Simple solution. I endorse the use of well-fitting gloves. I haven't bought you guys a coffee in a while. Must rectify that.
Thank you very much.. Good tips!
You are an ARTIST, same as the classics 👍👍👊👊
Thank you. Very kind words!
Paul is an artisan extraordinaire and Mitch's camera work is superb. I am grateful for both you guyses' time and efforts spent to entertain enlighten the ungrateful masses.
I am grateful!
Thanks Scott.. But, not all the masses are "ungrateful"...
I was happy to see the Pinkbike article on you, and the history of Brodie bikes. I hope the bike show is a smashing success for you!
Thanks Mark. Yes, everything is coming together very nicely. I am very appreciative...
Brodie engineering for life! Accept no substitutes...
Thank you very much!
I've always liked the look of the Aermacchi single cylinder race bikes. Seen many of them racing here on the Isle of Man at the TT and Manx Grand Prix.
Giulio Macchi would be proud of your efforts in the shop👌
Thank you Howard. I truly do love that bike!
Hey Paul & Mitch, great job on part 2 of the chain guard project. You do such nice work, Paul!
Thank you Tom. Yes,it all came together nicely. Painted the chain guard and the fender yesterday
Beautiful work. Thanks Paul and Mitch.
Best wishes, Dean.
Thanks Dean...
Very nice work, thanks for sharing your videos. 👍
Thanks Much!
Come up a ripper Paul. looks like it was meant to be. Just the way i mark holes when you carnt get in behind or such. Usually works 90 % of the time lol Looking forward to next weeks. OUR Channel
Thanks David. Appreciate your comments...
Paul Brodie, the Bob Ross of the Bicycle and Motorcycle world. 😂
Great video as always guys! 👍👍
Thank you very much!
Sadly i have no money left, but i will try to beat my cancer as brave as you did! Your videos help and motivate me through this times. Greetings
Yes, so far I seem to be winning in my battle with cancer.. My appetite is good, and I'm still gaining weight. It really helps to have a Project and Goals. A Reason to get up and do things every day....
I really do wish you the best in your Battle. Never give up...
@@paulbrodie Thanks for your kind words, Paul. I had good news Yesterday, so i hope i turn around now and stop this stupid powerloss of my body. Lets stay strong💪👋

Brodie and Allen Millyard got to hook up produce super bikes.mocycles, airplanes, dirigibles etc.... etc.
Sounds good, but we are 8000 miles apart...
Another valuable threat. Cheers!
Did Spellcheck get you? Do you really mean "threat"? Cheers!
@@paulbrodie Thanks for the polite reply, yes! i am the struggling non native syntax transgressor :D
You guys deserve all the coffee you get and then some. Great video as always Mr Brodie and Mitch. Maybe need to elongate that upper hole in the mount that slides along the swingarm at some point and maybe not since it’s temporary….. thanks for sharing it’s much appreciated.
Thanks Rick.. Yes, we are going to discuss Coffee in our next episode. The front mount slides, so no need to elongate any holes...
Hello Paul it’s always good to watch you work, to see what you turn out. You walk a wonderful line which takes you along careful expertise across to hand skills which make a magical flare, just unique. Artistry.
So very good to see you looking well, with that twinkle back in your eyes!
Best regards Kevin.
Thanks Kevin. Yes, I am feeling good these days, and very much looking forward to the Bike Show..
Looking great these days ,,, good to see.
Thank you Tom. I am feeling good and excited about the upcoming Bike Show!
Eyecrometer working overtime on this episode and unsurprisingly coming up with a "nice fit". Camera work so sharp I've taken to wearing safety glasses while watching. Superb as ever. Brodie Beer must be a best seller🍻
nice
Looks perfect Paul, like it has always been there. Bob
love your "eyecrometer"!!
Do you have a reccomendation for a starter mill? Love the videos by the way. What an absolute treasure trove of knowledge and ASMR sounds.
Thanks TJ. Sorry, no recommendations. I bought my mill in 1988, so I am really out of touch with what is available today. Taiwan is usually good quality; not sure about China....
Love the content of this channel both the fabrication and the video style keep up the good work Paul and Mitch and to all those who watch but aren't subcribed please like subcribe and comment
Brodie!!
👍👍😎👍👍
Another superb video
Cheers Chris
Hi Chris... Thanks for checking in! Hope you are well...
It is also a solace to see you particularly now that Washington is hell bent to go to nuclear war !! U provide a wee bit of peace of mind....TNX !!!!!!
well thats a good fit i //// i do like a good fit 😁😁😁😁 mig /tig mill/ frig
Thanks Bill. As you know, I do enjoy a Good Fit !!
11:36 - Nice catch..... 😂
😎✌️
One problem I ran into was trying to sharpen a drill bit, and I wasn't getting the proper relief Behind The Cutting Edge. Perhaps you could demonstrate proper technique
I did... just watch our drill sharpening video...
Not sure how I managed to miss completion of Giraffe Bike? I'll have to look through the episodes.
Is there a reason for chain guard being so high off chain or is that how Aermacchi had it originally?
I don't think we did a video on the Giraffe Bike being assembled.. The stock Aermacchi chain guard is even higher than what I did on the Salt Bike....
legit
omg that coffee comment )
I wonder if Kieth thinks he’s getting ‘free money’ when he gets paid a salary for doing his job?
We will talk Coffee next episode, that is For Sure!
Exactly!
It's difficult to explain the investment in a channel. The time, the thought processes and the amount of money to get passable videos that you are happy to put out.
I think I can explain a bit about that subject.. We will see how it goes...
I wonder ,I have Honda and Kwacka racers as well as a Vincent and a Velocette ,I try to the best of my ability to work in metric , not so difficult, on the metric bikes and in BSF , BSC and W on the Brittish ones but I have given up the farther away from the engine I get on the bike parts... How do u do ?
I use mostly Imperial. I grew up that way, and my measuring tools are mostly Imperial too. Doesn't really matter what you use, as long as you are happy with the final result.. Thanks for watching..
Had my working glove caught by the chuck of my milling machine: broke and dislocated my pinky finger. You shouldn't wear gloves with machine that have turning parts.
Ya know Paul and Mitch……. Once you let us in on you channels success we will all quit our jobs to become millionaires (billionaires?) too, thus becoming your competition. Be careful it’s a slippery slope 😂
The content you and Mitch produce Paul is brilliant without the likes of you and Allan Millard producing some of the best content the CZcams world would be a much less educational and enjoyable place
Very nice of you to say.. I am in Agreement!
If you can, please venture into the change in rates/income over the length of time that you have been involved with filming. Interesting back channel seldom expressed area…😮
Sorry, we shot the video yesterday morning, so it is all done. Hope you like it!
