Chinese products usually use neutral wire at switch or negative line in their DC switch circuit. So the current is stucked on the circuit till the negatif or neutral line is connected.
Many people think that in AC circuit, reversed connection related the Live and the Neutral will be ok. But you can prove it using reversed live and neutral wire in your light bulb socket and using a LED Bulb. You will have your LED Bulb getting broken faster than the bulb socket with the right position.
The LED bulb using DC at the output to the led. So that, I assume that the reversed live and neutral will broke your electronic stuff circuit faster.

In the case of extension board how can be check correct board. If i will be change the direction of plug then phase will be change also.

Current is not tested by tester. It is voltage which is checked . In India there is no convention if phase should be on left side or right side. The author of video should have only said that a switch should be in phase and not in neutral.
