  • Whenever a new funky cup is released you know I want to try it (or I will regret it, coughs Lucy Cup) so when I saw the Kickstarter for a CUSTOMIZABLE FREE SIZE Menstrual Cup called the MoreCup I said "take my money." I was super pleased with how fast it arrived. I didn't try it on my real period because this past cycle was reserved entirely for something super special, but I did get a full dry run day and shared my thoughts on this innovative design. I did forget to mention that this brand does not use inclusive language in their materials. And as always - the right cup is more than just the diameter! So this cup won't solve all of the aspects of picking the right cup. Let me know what you think!

    "My period this month is reserved for something REALLY special!"
    This may be the 1st time this sentence has ever been used in the whole timeline of humanity😅😂🤣

    I would guess that the silicone case is for sterilization of your cup in the microwave, pouring over with boiling water or alcohol, or soaking with peroxide to remove stains, or possible long term dry storage; whereas the pouch would be for general storage for breathability….

    The concept is very interesting. I would've definitely given this cup a try. I bought my first cup when I was 24 and now I'm 32, so my body and my period have changed a bit in those years. So I think this would've been a very good option to help figure out my needs.

    Can’t wait to find out what product you tried on your latest cycle! Kind of hoping Nixit released a disc in a new, smaller size, but I doubt that’s coming any time soon ;n;

    Ohh i never knew thats how stem could bother someone. It's never that far from my labia, but I never felt it poking. Thank you for sharing.

    When I was a new cup user I'm not sure if I would've been able to accurately identify that the size was the problem for me, vs. other newbie cup issues. For example if the cup isn't opening it might not be pushed in far enough (my most common error in my first year) and trimming the rim down wouldn't necessarily solve that problem if the user is still not placing it high enough.

    Could you please do a video on what are the best menstrual cups for high cervix females who are obese and need a wide mouth cup and long stem? Thanks! Great video by the way!

      If you are ok with trying a disc the Hello Disc was designed with a tab that can be worn dropped into the vaginal canal for easy reaching. Since discs don't have a suction they can be grabbed by the looped tab and just removed. It was top of mind when I designed the disc that it work for people who have traditionally had issues reaching to remove other cups and discs. kck.st/3mARjg3 is the link - it's on kickstarter now As for cups with this design I can't think of any... maybe Merula XL? it's not the longest cup. Or a Flex size Regular.

    Wow that's a VERY COMPACT packaging.
    Is the new rim smooth? Cause i imagine there would be sharp edge along the rim :(

    My concern would be if it's that easy to rip off to size down, what if you accidentally rip into it? Like at that point it would seem like you'd have to finish taking that ring off and size down. Or maybe it's more attached than I'm imagining.

    So mine didn't seem to come with a cutter at all ☹️ as a beginner how the heck was I supposed to adjust it to my size without one? Can I use a blade or is there something special about the item I did not receive

    My journey with cups was start with small size as a young newbie and then go up in size, trying to get more capacity and comfort (it took me 6 cups before I found my goldilocks). As this cup does the opposite I am not sure who its market is?
