And I can say for sure, a kind and humble person like Kaji Yuki would not want you to say such stuff to someone.

dw it's not offensive at all, pretty sure the japanese are taught to introduce themselves with their first name first when speaking in english in school, similarly students learning japanese are also taught to introduce ourselves with their last name first when they speak in japanese, it's done to avoid confusion
