Whoever made this video, is the one using drugs. What he says in the video didn't happened at all to the Wally West of Kingdom Come.
He actually stayed active patrolling Keystone City after Superman retired, he stayed in constant movement which people could hardly see him doing heroics anymore. That's why we see him that way in the comic, like his connection with the Speed Force grew stronger. He never lost his powers in the story.
He has a son, who doesn't do any heroics and a daughter who does and called herself Kid Flash.
And he didn't die at the end of the Kingdom Come event, as a matter of fact he was one of the few survivors of the Meta Bomb that killed Captain Marvel and hundreds of other metas, he was saved by the combine protection of Green Lantern Alan Scott and Dr. Fate.

@@impastabowl2328 no, he was an adult in control of Lex Luthor. His adult self now look exactly as his Captain Marvel persona. The main change was his clothing once he utter the word Shazam, but in a way he was a shell of his former self because of what Luthor did to him with the mind control.

Yeah the video is so different I was wondering if it is referring to an entirely different Kingdom Come series. I've been out of comics decades and I still remember it as being one of the best, if not the best, series I had read back then. On Captain Marvel I even still remember Luthor singing "the worms crawl in, the worms crawl out" XD . Regardless Alex Ross's art, the plot, and the moral point, were all top notch.
@The Mighty Gerbil Kingdom Come is one of the greatest mini series ever, the art, the story, Top Notch. To this day one of my Top 3 favorite stories in comics, I read it every one or two years, and I read it last summer, that's why still very fresh on my mind and why I call out what this video is saying about Flash because none of that happened except the part it says he was a widower.

He's clearly going at super speed, he moves so fast that he can see Norman McCay on another plane of existence and pull him through into the normal plane of existence so everyone else can see him to. He moves at super speed constantly and he doesn't die at the end of the comic.

I've never followed the comics closely. Is kingdom come supposed to be a storyline about all the heroes we've grown up with getting old and ushering in a new generation? This story seems really really good. Reminds me of the teen titans episode where they're all old and Robin's nightwing. was just so neat to see how they could've turned out.
Kingdom Come what a happened to all of our heroes who grew old and jaded from years of crime fighting but now are forced to get back in gear to help the new superheroes understand what it means to be great.

A lot of this is incorrect, but Flash became one with the Speed Force to stop crime in Star City. His territory became a safe place at the expense of his humanity and chance at a normal life. And for the Flash, it makes sense that he would choose that. Keeping millions of people safe at your own life's expense. The Flash, Superman, Spider-Man, Invincible, etc. are heroes shown to be zealous in their desire to help everyone they can. If written realistically, they would all be overpowered to deal with typical crimes and villains, but their stories would show them constantly stressed and traumatized, their mental healths hanging on by a thread. Approaching the philosophical issues which arise from having the power to potentially save everyone all the time but needing to sacrifice all normalcy and mental health for it.
