Fresh Pasta

400 g 00 flour 
Four eggs
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp olive oil
Little water if needed
Combine all ingredients
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes
Cover it and let rest for half hour
Roll it out and shape or use in a pasta attachment
