Thank you. Love Johnny Kidd. A real talent lost too early. Remember the accident as it happened in my town. R.I.P..
I used to go to the Pavillian pub in Battersea on a friday to see the Rock a Billy and Rock 'n' Roll bands. Long gone now unfortuneately!😢
Johnny Kidd, very underated....
Classic, one of ma favrite geetar solos in de whorl
If you could only play a full Instrumental of this song, as in the begining of your video. It awesome! I play that bit loud. Love your Rockabilly.

She’s the queen!
Thats a fun one
nicely done mon
Grear video, thanks. Guitarist Mick Green deserves a mention. His lead/rhthym technique was a major influence for Dr Feelgood's Wilko Johnson.
Superb as Mick Green was, he didn't join The Pirates until after Shakin' All Over was recorded. Joe Moretti was guitarist for this.
@@trevorhoward2254 So sorry, Trevor and Deathraycat. Also, looking at my original post, I sound like a point scoring twat, which wasn't my intention. Errr, well perhaps it was if Mick really was the guitarist. Joke!!
@@liverpoolvista17 The original post was by Dave Wood. Is that you? No one was being a point scoring twat, mate, honestly! No offence taken, no harm done and nothing to apologise for here.
Shakin all over was by the original Pirates Cattini Gregg Caddy and Morretti, nothing to do with the Mick Green Pirates which were the 4th line up,2 years after Shakin was recorded.
@@briangregg1104 something else, the solo on that record , is not rockabilly...
Thank you Captain Jack for this nice lick 😉
My fav version of this song is from vince taylor… his voice is perfect for this song
Hello!!!!Burt from Burt and the Fabulous Back Eddies here...Love this channel. Just wondering what amp you are a'twanging though on these clips?
Hey Burt! Normally it’s a fender blues jr but recently I’ve been going straight into an interface via a couple of pedals
I Luv that song & itz 1 I want to learn. Arrrrrrrrr thatz right those others aren't you.
This is a classic!
It wasn’t called rockabilly at the time
I wouldn't call this rockabilly
