Way cool man! I like the way you "Heat Walked" that in with tack welds. Everyone asks why you don't lay a full bead on that. You did it right. Because doing it that way keeps it straight! Good stuff man!

There is a knob on the dash that you turn all the way to the right... that will fix your rod knock.. it's labeled "Volume" o===o 😆

Awesome job! The plasma cutter makes cuts so easy. It would take forever with my grinder. 3D print the pulley?
Thank you my friend! That very unexpensive plasma cutter is great and makes life a little easier. 😁 Yes I draw one in cad and the 3d-printer did it. 👌 I'll make a video of the procedure if you want.
@@slowshop I used a 3D printer many years ago for work before 3D printers became mainstream. It’s cool technology. I’m interested to see how long the wheel lasts.
