I think the cupcakes look great. I still remember helping my mom bake and prepare for parties when I was little…..I’m over 50 now! They’ll cherish memories, time with you and the self esteem that comes from their wishes being important enough to allow them to make decisions over ‘perfection’ every time. We had a Carnivale Party for my niece who turned 2. We had all kinds of games, prize table, candy table with bagged cotton candy, and a nacho bar with ground beef, pulled pork and toppings and a cake. I started buying stuff like a month or 2 before from Dollar Tree.

For the fondant sticking next time try edible adhesive…. Wilton’s Dab N hold edible adhesive is great!
I actually think pink and green is a very good combo if you like bright colors.

I love making a pudding icing. It is a cross between icing and pudding, easy to spread and not as sweet.
