this makes me confident in my future with cars.im not really educated since I grew up around people who always took there cars to the shop for stuff like this but I’m more Hands on.this is really the best CZcams account.thanks for the fire content!
I took a carbide bit and opened up the slot and got 2.8 front camber on both sides. Worked good. Obviously the camber plates are a better solution cause adjustment is easier it dual purpose.
I got a camaro that’s cambered - unfortunately- tires all worn on the inside and the steering wheel shakes - I have to undo it and get all new tires - sucks
ohhh hell I ain't messin with that lol I ain't that good at mechanics! Pretty amazing you do all that out in the parking lot. I would be worried to death about my 1LE and would never get any sleep. nice install. You ever have any issues with people there ?
The camber plates would void the suspension part of the warranty, but I was not concerned, as Vorslag makes great parts, install was very smooth if you have experience with other spring kits
I saw your car at Road Atlanta yesterday. I ran with 1.5 up front, shop didn't know how to get to 2.0. I would like to run more negative camber though - how much did you run with yesterday and did you notice a difference?
Quite a big difference; was running 2.7 front; essentially ZLE spec; corner speeds were high and well balanced with even tire wear Id highly recommend going to Gran Turismo East in Atlanta. With a stock wheel and tire set up; 2.0 is easily doable through the knuckle adjustment Next time we should connect
@@macpettit2327 Did you have to tell them what to do, as in bring instructions with you? I may do the July Road ATL. I think it is the 24th. I'll say whatsup.
They ask you what you want exactly; but they also have the specs from GM on hand; everyone I know including myself trusts them, extremely knowledgeable
May u share the camber degree in the future video. I just installed all bmr swaybars and links, but I don't how to setup it.
Will be the video next week!

Thanks man! I had the same feeling only about 2 years ago, I could barely change a tire
Great video! Really appreciate your "average guy" parking lot install content! 👍
More to come! Thanks a ton man, currently waiting on the cage, hoping it arrives soon!

Haha thanks, No issues so far, do my best to keep the work area clean and complete it within the day
We love parking lot installs
The garage will keep the same feel, I just won't have to lug all the tools up and down stairs each time hahaha
Took me 4 hours finished today :(
First to watch and like and comment 🔥
Damn your quick! Faster then I could even click haha
Does this void the 3yr track-covered warranty? Were you getting bad tire wear before you increased your camber? Sweet video thanks!

Impact on the strut nut?
