nah this and One in a millions still caused a fair bit of controversy and had people pissed off even in the late 80's.
Mainly one in a million which caused quite a storm, but they were able to carry on fine because a)slash was half black b)axl was a pretty big fan of NWA and got on well with them so it showed Axl obviously didn't hate black people and c) most importantly, their music was undeniably freaking amazing.

Damn man, this fuckin band was my teenage years. Every cassette, and went from my Walkman on my bike, to the stereo in my car. I love a lot of other bands, but GNR are the number one.
