Not Sure If I'm Good....

For a while, I have been feeling out of sorts. Not sure if I'm mentally well at this point and I feel as though the only person to blame is myself in this situation. Do I need sleep? Do I need to take it easy? I'm not sure. Hopefully, I can find out very soon.
