@@tabrezkhan7037 see project manager in Big companies will take time . you need knowledge of all . Initially start with site engineer , than u can become senior Site Engineer or Asst Site Engineer, if you are Good in Planning u can even knock the Doors as planning Engineer , and than keep Moving. Later u maybe promoted as Asst Site Manager or Site Manager and than comes the project manager. there may be other Positions before reaching Project Manager other than what i mentioned.
It totally depends on Company Hierarchy.
U can become project Manager in Small companies in 3- 4 years also but MNC companies will take time near about 8 - 10 years and based on Ur Performance.
What u have to do see , learn everything and project manager should know all specially the Management part & also how to Plan a project from Start to End .
Along with that u should have good Command on MS Excel & Power point , these are the tools you will using mostly for Tracking the Project and for Presentation.
Learning Ms project & Primvera is equally Important .
Learn Ms project if not primavera.
And tat will come with experience , you cant learn all that with some trainings .

What about Structural auditer I got placed as a trainee in one of the company who is doing this. Is there a good scope
i dont have much idea how that role is . But anything related to structural field is always challenging & has good future.
@@civilbrains sir we have to do NDT test on structure and prepare report and do repairing of the structure if required
