Not only is Nicola beautiful on the outside, but in the inside as well! She reminds me of myself (the inside part). I always welcomed the newbies into the job because I appreciated being part of the team as does she. She knows just how blessed she is to have landed Penelope Featherington and her kindness is contagious.
Some people can't do that because they have social anxiety. You'd be surprised how many times the people who don't do outwardly welcoming things like that wish that they could, but can't because they're afraid of attractive attention to themselves or saying something weird. Things are not always what they seem. Cold people can actually just be shy people with RBF.
