My experience - restoring your garden and croft after flooding, no time for the wind turbines yet...

Flooding caused quite a lot of damage.
My electrical stuff keeps working though, no issues with that. And well... I am surprised, winds of 25.8 m/s (that's what the weather station registered in gusts) were the toughest I have ever seen so far. Panels and the wind turbine towers stay exactly where they are, so no issues with that for sure.
But about croft and garden - try restoring the weakest plants first, they are the first ones needing attention, and well - start immediately, as quick as possible, otherwise they may start rotting.
In my case, the sequence was this one: grapes, onion, garlic, pea, strawberries, tomatoes, and cabbage. Potatoes were the last ones to get some initial cleaning treatment, they will also need re-mounding to be done a bit later, after it all gets more dry.
Preventing future flooding is also important. I decided to move on with the quick step of using the asbestos-cement flat board 8mm thick to seal the bottom of the fence where the most of water was coming from. It will likely be finished this week, and then we'll go on with the wind turbine towers setup continuation.

pity that such a powerful country does not do enough things to prevent and protect.
I am not surprised about my country, but those serious global players with serious economics should definitely do a little bit better, otherwise I don't see the difference.
