1965 Ford Mustang GT - Change Fuel Gauge Gas Tank Sending Unit

This video will show you how to change the gas tank sending unit that sends the electronic signal to the gas gauge on the instrument panel that tells you how much gas is in the tank.
It will demonstrate how to suck the gas out of the tank into 1 gallon containers. Not recommended but I do it anyway. Gas does not tastes good and it takes a while to go away.
Explains how to take off and put on the ring that fastens the sending unit to the gas tank.

Thanks for sharing. The mustang brought back memories. The first 4 speed car I drove was a 66 mustang fastback with a 289 engine. I replaced a sending unit from lmc trucks in my 81 Ford f100 4.9 and it stays on full. Keep'em coming. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
