- The Sud Scrub body scrubber is made with 100% silver-infused silicone to prevent the growth of odor-causing bacteria, mold, and mildew so that you get the cleanest scrub every time.
Available at www.sudscrub.com
At least have the decency to mention that the damn thing costs 30 bucks
Just a silicone scrub will do. This is what the scrub is. You just need to find silicone scrubs and your good to go
@@Haal96that’s what I was thinking. The rest is just marketing

A) place your loofah's in boiling water once in a while.
B) If live in a place with lots of sun, place loofah in sun for half a day.
No need for a 30 USD loofah.
Or just throw it in your washer once a month
Exactly. I place mine everyday under direct sunlight to kill off all bad bacterias and make sure it’s completely dry and no crusty smell .. before using it . Also, i change my loofahs every 2-3 months depending on if i am using soap bars consistently or just body wash as with bars you can directly use it on your body
Naw loofahs are cheap ima buy another one
He is correct on them not being very durable tho
@@Saintace873in between buying new ones you should be cleaning them weekly with hot water and sun.
Good product but bad value for $30. I can buy a new loofah every month for a whole year and spend $6 less
Bro just clean your loofahs with skin safe bleach no need to replace them so frequently 💀
I was supposed to throw the loofah out? I've had the same one for years
Same . But I properly clean it every time I use it
"bro ion understand how you use soap on it everyday and it still grows bacteria"
Use google
Exactly like tf
No. It CAN grow bacteria. But you have to be seriously disgusting with the thing and never give it a nice, thorough wash & rinse every now and then. You CAN get every bit of bacteria out of it... quite easily might I add.
This ADVERTISEMENT Is Bullshit! Period.
Its called marketing. Thats how they make you buy stuff you don’t need. 😉
every few weeks?! My guy I’ve had mine for 3 whole years
I'm not sure how everyone cleans so, I grew up being taught to clean my wash clothes and body luffas with baking soda and white vinegar then rinsing with hot water than let it soak in cold water, 3 caps of 90% proof alcohol with a cap full of peroxide in a clear glass Masson jar for 2 hr. After that, squeeze and let air dry with the restroom vent running. This is parenting 101 to teach your child how to not walk around smelling of mold nor your restroom and keeping up with clean hygien. If you can take time to do other stuff than it's not hard, I taught my 11 yr old to do it and nope, we have no skin issues. But hey, it's not for everyone. Plus we change out GOSHI washcloths out ever 3 months...3 a year, not bad.
Guess what!?! Natural loofah’s are antibacterial if you make sure you dry them out, they make your skin soft from exfoliating. They can not only be used on your body but they are great for cleaning your dishes and bathrooms. Also they are cheap and you can grow them at home. If you have that and a natural sea sponge and a wash cloth it will step your hygiene game up and your skin will thank for the spa like experience.
Exactly, why spend $2 on a plastic loofah? Spend that $2 on a pack of loofah seeds and have a year's worth of loofah in 5-7months. Best part? The seeds from the loofahs you grow makes this a life long solution.
I keep my loofah in sun for 6 hours daily and also in boiling water once in a while, so I dont have the bacterial growth problem, but the only thing i dont like about them is their durability
Growing up I had the same loofah for like 6-7 years 🙊

i make soapsavers and body scrubbs by crocheting with 100% wool. you can easily toss them in the washingmachiene and reusable until they break

The exact reaction they want out of you lol 😂
Not that your wrong though
Your still 100% right
@@pb5959 i commented to support their business 😽🙏
These look amazing, but close to $115 (aud) for 2 and shipping to Australia.
Apologies! Our hope is that as we expand, we'll be able to have local distribution in counties outside of the US. We're still very much a small family business.
Also, I figure that Aussie is hot and dry, so your skin outer layer should be thicker. Because I think IIRC, wolverine actor is Aussie and got Skin cancer or use a lot of sunscreen (?)
So I think you might prefer something with more exfoliation. Loofah VS silicon scrub, Loofah has more exfoliation. You can say that the silicon one, is like rubbing a hard jelly across the body and not very exfoliating.
I would recommend that you go online and find those Korean bathing glove made of Bamboo. Some of them even have 2 holes, for the thumbs of both right hander and left hander. Or you can wear it on both hands at once.
TECHNICALLY, this is nothing new, because Shower Exfoliating Gloves has been around for some time. These are the ones with the 5 fingers. While the Korean one has no fingers, and just 2 holes to stick out your bare thumb.
It really comes down to a difference of texture and what you prefer. Personally, I think the western Shower Exfoliating Gloves are more suitable for washing dishes and cutlery. But personally I have never used them. But for some reason, I remember them being rough, so I might have seen it outside before.
An end word being that, with all these products, you never know which is the best.
But you can always repurpose them.
Some scrubbers can be used to hand wash clothes or dishes if you don't like them. You can even wash your pets with them.
Im still gonna buy that loofah ;)
hey! i wish to get this but shipping to singapore is too expensive :\
Also, it is popular to be recommended long handle body scrubber with brush bristles. But like Clarisonic face brush, some dermatologist on CZcams say those can breed bacteria, and the silicon face vibrator do not breed bacteria.
So silicon is still the best material for using in toilet.
Another thing being that I read some reviews on Taobao, and people complain about brush bristles falling out. or the handles of the scrubber being too slippery because they are plastic.
If you don't want to trouble and buy online, you can just use a normal small towel for face or something. It has to be cotton and NOT microfiber.
when you scrub on your body, it makes bubbles and also exfoliates. I saw someone using a towel to scrub her body in a CZcams short, and there were bubbles. But not sure how much body wash she use, because I have never tried that myself.
Cotton towels can be used once and dried. Technically because it has been cleaned with your body soap when you bath, you don't need to wash it again to reuse it. Only need to dry it.
But I would recommend throwing it into the washing machine with the rest of your towels for maximum clean. Maybe once a week, or whenever you do laundry.
Shopee silicone scrub
Now THATS how you advertise
Haha thanks for the love!
by scaring people into buying it
some loofah packages will say replace after 4 weeks of usage and I usually dry and hang mine away from the shower head to prevent moisture growing bacteria
Just throw it in the washer every month boom problem solved. Right right ? Amirigbt???

I'm so happy to hear you love your Sud Scrub! Thanks for supporting our small business!
Those rubber ones need a lot more soap to clean with.
Once a year? This thing will serve for generations! It is not decomposable
You wanna know what's way better than a loofah and this? It's a African net sponge. It's basically a loofah but it's the shape of a towel. You can wash it and they're pretty cheap. My mom has had hers for five years. They cheap, clean (because you can put them in the washing machine), and they can reach your back unlike loofahs and the sudscrubber.
Just use a rag.
I love loofah...its cheap bt its super exfoliator gives that satisfaction ❤..... I just wash them with dettol in water with some liquid soap and dry in sun light...its good to go❤
I’m intrigued by the marketing strategy, 10/10. But the price of your product, god damn
Hey would you how do I be trying to get your product I can't find what website and I don't know how much it is
Someone with a bunch of dead skin here… my loofah doesn’t really exfoliate lol. If you want to get a nice exfoliate then spend a pretty nickel on some exfoliating gloves and some sugar scrubs. (You can make sugar scrubs at home with common kitchen stuff!)
Don't scrub your hands and arm for too long it makes your skin itchy when your skin is dry.
But isko soap ke sath use kar sakte hai kya
Is made by plastic, u can also try lufa sponge
I'm using my loofah since 3 years
Where to get it ??

Can't I put my lufah in a boiling hot water to sanitize it?
my hands never need to be replaced and they work just fine

Agree. But my hands can't lather that much without more product. I only use bar soaps because of that fact.
Damn I know you stink bro
Your hands don’t exfoliate 😬😖
@@misssilentstorm4281You don’t need to exfoliate every day, 2 times per week is fine

Just use a washcloth y'all! You can put them in the washing machine and the dryer.

Lol agreed. They also have washable body scrubbers now if you really want something floofy.
Hows that is practical?
Everytime I wash body I need to use different washcloth?
I wash body 7 times a week, and washing only washcloth and drying?
Doesnt sound practical
@@madoniux yeah, you just buy 20 of them and use every time when you take a shower/bath a new one. Used ones you put in de washing machine and they're ready to use again. In The Netherlands (Western Europe in general) it's a really common thing. You can do yeaaarsss with them.
@@madoniux Listen to me. I am not the original poster, and I have not tried the hack she shared before, but I have seen other CZcamsr do it.
I can explain it by my own brain. What I think is that, if you bath with soap, you do not need to wash your washcloth. Because TECHNICALLY, you actually washing your washcloth with soap, everytime you bath (with soap).
Unless you use the washcloth and water, but do not use soap. Then, you need to keep washing the washcloth.
I assume that you bath with soap. Like this, you only need to throw the washcloth into the laundry, every time you wash your clothes.
But my word of advice, is to just squeeze out the water from the washcloth. And then, to kill the bacteria, hang it dry on your window. Because UV light from sunlight kills bacteria. Also, even on rainy days, there is UV light, just lesser VISIBLE light. *(because light has a spectrum of visible and UV).
Hope this helps :)
Can we also see u using it at the right side of the shoulder ?😅
I'd grab them, but says high demand it takes 3 weeks to deliver, any local stores sell them?
Apologies! We're not available in any local stores right now. We're a very small family business (just my brother and I manage the business). Hopefully as we grow the product be available at local retailers.

I use a fabric loofa :)
They get mouldy too and don’t exfoliate NOTHING
Put the net ones in the dishwasher once per week.

How to buy this in India
I want to buy this how I buy these
I had a similar dilicon brush, didn't foam at all...
I use washcloth for dishes on my skin and I like way it feels. At the beginning the washcloth felt funky and I got use to it and like it. Scrubs the skin clean.
Hmmmmm
Imagine buying loofahs every 2 weeks
My skin is so sensitive all those products feel like shaving with a dull razor 😢
Is there a link to buy the sud scrub?
Yes! www.sudscrub.com
I used natural loofahs
Not me using my loofa for 2 years without any problem 😅
Lol same they say this stuff so you buy the product
Technically, you are not wrong.
If you using gel or anti bacterial cleanser, your body is still clean when you use lofa, because of the soap.
But if you use goat milk cleanser, your body can be smelly and sticky with loofa. The texture basically coats your body and the loofa and make bacteria grow.
SIDENOTE: bacteria on loofah vs face brush like Clarisonic cannot be compared. Because there is Acne bacteria that feed on oil, and oil glands are more on the face than the body. That is why loofah okay :)
This feels illegal for some reason i cant seem to put my finger on it 🤔
Or just use a washcloth…
Umm... They also breed bacteria-

"...they breed a lot of bacteria"
Me who washes mine out with hot water and bleach after every use: Nope.avi
I have one but can't get my body wash to sud. It just slides straight off...
Here are a few tips!
1) Are you using your Sud Scrub away from running water? Although the design of the scrubber is meant to trap as much soap as possible, silicone, at the end of the day, is a non-porous material, which means soap will wash away quite easily when running water hits it. This same property also helps the scrubber dry very quickly and not hold any moisture that allows mold and germs to grow.
2) Are you placing your soap directly onto the fins in a complete circle, avoiding the center? A common misconception is that the hole in the center is where you’re supposed to put your soap. The product spreads soap much more effectively when the soap is placed onto the fins and not the center.
3) When it feels like you’re running out of suds, you can wet your scrubber and start scrubbing again. This will help extend the life of your soap/suds, as there is usually more soap remaining on the fins.
4) If all fails, it might mean that your soap doesn’t have a very high lather to being with. Low-lather soaps such as cream-based ones won’t lather very well with Sud Scrub as the product is designed to work with the natural lather of your soap and will not make your soap lather any more than it naturally does. Loofahs work a bit differently as they trap water very well (like a sponge), which allows for high lather no matter what kind of soap you use. Unfortunately, this is the same reason why loofahs breed bacteria and mold so easily.
how is it antibacterial?
It's infused with antimicrobial silver. This releases something called silver ions that kill bacteria and fungi.
Forget the marketing stuff this channel tells you.
Another CZcamsr called DOCTORLY explains in a video for cleansing devices (facial), that silicon does not breed bacteria, because of the material silicon. Simple. You can watch that video. They are real doctor of skin.

@sudscrub, pls respond to this. Did you know that you can put the soap in the middle of the sudscrub
Like your body wash?
@@sudscrub yes, it has to be liquid
And it will evenly distribute soap to wherever you apply it
Lol i call dat bi a bath thing and i use it till it comes apart, and im clean and healthy
Your supposed to wash your loofah ? 😅 but it’s supposed to wash me ??
just wait till Scrub Daddy makes one.....
What about exfoliating gloves and can I just throw it in washing machine or bacteria and get a new one
SIMPLE
if you worry about bacteria, after bathing, just squeeze out the water.
Then put it by the window, where it can be expose to sunlight once a day. Due to UV light killing bacteria, it is O-OK. Rainy day also had UV light.
Also, fact is lesser oil on body compared to face, so there is no worry over bacteria. Unless you get body acne.
If you are paranoid, just switch to anti bacterial body wash and choose the moisturising options for anti bacterial. Perk of that is that I notice I get flu less, when I use anti bacterial washes. (LIKE NEVER GET FLU), but when I don't, sometimes I get flu.
