I got two and loved them .If you have back problems or arm problems this is for you . It’s light and I found it worked great especially for the shower walls and tub . Even did my tile kitchen floor which has wax build up on it that I couldn’t get off with a scrub brush .
You should have shown the difference between the grout on the floor (before and after). Your home was already pretty clean, so I didn't see any noticeable improvement.
I used this on my cooker. I have heavy cast iron pan supports that are a nightmare to clean so I used the small pointed head. OMG, what a mess it made of everything surrounding the cooker. It took me longer to clean up the splatters than it would have done to just clean the cooker in the usual way. I think your point about it being useful for people with some mobility problems is valid though.
Jabba TheHut Oh no! That’s so annoying. I found it useful around the shower, particularly where dirt had built up at the base of my shower screen - but, yes, my view was mainly that it would only really benefit those with mobility problems.
This is good for keeping up on existing clean bathrooms, I have hard water where I live and using any pressure whats so ever stops the motor and therefor makes it useless for me.
I also live in a hard water area. I just keep a squeegee in the shower and scrape down the tiles and glass after I shower. I get no limescale buildup as a result.
@@mohankumar-kq3oj Yes. In the past when I have had limescale build-up on surfaces that do not allow acidic solvent use, physical effort is the way to remove the deposit. After that it is a matter of cleaning discipline to prevent recurrence of the problem. That quickly becomes a habit and the issue becomes history.
If you hate cleaning around the toilet or getting on the floor around the toilet, then this product would make your life easier and motivate you to clean the toilet every weekend without the grudge feelings. 👀 I am disable and looking for an item like this to help me clean around the base and behind the toilet and shower. Thank you for this review video. Do you mind doing an UPDATE on this product? How is your mom feeling about it now, since it's been 2 years. 🙌😊
Hi Julie. I do think this product is helpful for those with mobility problems. My mum used it for a while on harder to reach areas and to scrub tiles to reduce the amount of energy she was putting into it. She is a creature of habit though and stopped using it after a few months. I saw it in the garage and went to try it out again recently but it was no longer working. I have seen other comments about reliability so that is something to factor in if you’re thinking of buying the Spin Scrubber. Of course it didn’t help that it had been sitting in the garage for over a year!
@@thehonestchannel Hi Claire thank you so much for the response. Got your point! I really need it so I can't afford to store it away. Appreciate your channel and honest reviews. 👍🌹❤❤
Julie Wynn, EXCELLENT TIP!! I never would have thought to use it on the commode. As a Senior w/mobility issues, my first intention was to purchase one to clean the shower with. Your suggestion will make my life SOOOO much easier!!! ❤️😁
Mine is on the way to the junk-yard, but since it contains a rechargeable battery, it'll go back to the seller. Wasted money. Why did I ever fall in for this TV-nonsense?
Carol Binnie Thanks Carol. I though it would be ok for someone who has mobility difficulties, but not for the average person. I must have a look at the Turbo!
@@thehonestchannel No Clare it's for anyone & everyone. I guarantee you'll love it. The Turbo only takes 2 hours to charge up versus the Hurricane which takes 20 hours 1st, & 8 hrs thereafter.
A good review Clare..I've been looking at buying one of these although in saying that, you still have to reach up with a shower hose or something to rinse off the cleaner afterwards.
Fiona Macaulay I’m not incentivised so I just say what I think of the products. In summary I said it’s not going to change your world but good for people with mobility problems
@@thehonestchannel I got a similar (supermarket) one, it was okay but bleach and a toothbrush are better! I definitely agree about the mobility issues though as my mum's friend has MS and a walking aid but her bathroom and shower room are always immaculate thanks to this device and Harpic :) :)
Good review of the product itself, but your bathroom was clean to begin with, so it just felt like I was watching you give your shower and sink a scratch hahahahaha
I reached here from another video of yours. I clicked cause I was thinking of doing the same but with an electric driller + a mope. I still think will be better as this one feels a bit gimmic. The driller has plenty of torque and I'm confident ressult will be good, plus there are probably plenty of accesories as for car cleaning there is similar stuff
I ordered one from.Svrubwsy Cleaning. I don't know if its the same, but iy looks the same. I like it since our ensure is small, and our shower is tall and I'm short lol. I think it's great if you keep up on cleaning the bathroom, and we clean ours every week. I appreciate the review.
I bought this product on sale for $20 regular price was $40. The initial charge has to be at least 20 hours. Once it's charged, the charge lasts for LESS than a half hour!!! So if you are a person like me who bought this to clean the grout in their kitchen and you have a good size kitchen, forget it!!! You have to charge it EVERY SINGLE TIME you use it and then you can use it for 15-20 mins before the charge is dead and you have to recharge for at least 8 hours!!! It does work well but the issue with the short usage time compared to the LONG charge time makes this product AWFUL
Hi. Sounds like you got a faulty one there. I've only used the Spin Scrubber a few times, but got longer than 20 minutes. On the day I filmed the review alone I probably used it for at least half an hour to 40 minutes. As I said in the video, I saw it as a product that would be good for those with mobility problems, but not really worth it otherwise.
not worth for Indian scenario. I bought this and tried to use. Moment I press little hard while the motor is on, the rotation is stopping I cannot operate with high pressurized brushing
Thank you very much for the review! Does anyone know an elderly person who used this? I want to buy it for my mom that has pain in her arms and back, but i am worried by comments that it is difficult to keep in position due to rotation.

Anyway I wanted to see how most of was, so to be fair, I got what I wanted, thanks.. I only want this to quickly clean scruffy old windows that haven't seen a cleaning product in possibly years, and I don't wanna get closer to it if I can help it..
