    Just so people know, the tale of the Zhea and Lo Bu of Yi Ti is literally what, according to Herodotus, happened to Cyrus (the King of Kings from Persia). He went into the central asian planes and tried to conquer a people that united under a "vicious" queen, who used the same tactics as Zhea and then, when she killed him she made a cup out of his scull (and I think she dipped it in gold too).

      I think Essos is more devastating than Westeros. Like all the fallen empires and the savagery. I think it's 10000x worse than Westeros.

      Because its larger and more mysterious.. I so want to watch a spin off in Yi Ti and the Further Eastern Regions of Essos, showing places like Asshai, The Shadow; Ulthos and Southorios.

    The Dothraki and the Jogos Nhai originating from the Bone Mountains is very similar to how Turks and Mongols originated from the Altai Mountains (located in western Mongolia).

    • @Dukagjina
      @Dukagjina Před 7 lety +29

      Shady Tyrell no they wouldn't. Dothraki originated east of the mountains but fled west because the Jogos Nhai pushed them away. Dothraki are like Turkic tribes while Jogos Nhai are like Mongols, constantly pushing each other more and more west

    • @kumarcollins585
      @kumarcollins585 Před 7 lety +6

      The video stated they were pushed back once by Dothraki. They could probably successfully take over, now that a good chunk of Dothraki are currently at war in westeros

    • @minatodroger7890

      Minato..I know. But if i heard correctly, did the Jogos Nhai attempt a invasion on the Dothraki sea unsuccessfully? Maybe the Dothraki had formed into their own formidable force by then?

      Santa Well, it's already done. We don't know much of the Five Forts, and all that's known is in the Yi Ti vid: czcams.com/video/vdXv7AC2zS0/video.html . More would be just more speculation. Not that I couldn't speculate, though. Got to think on that.

      Dothraki are actually a mix of all kinds of nomadic people including Turks, Mongols, Native Americans and Bedouin people.
      Jogos Nhai are probably just Dothraki with the mixture of African traditions and culture such as Artificial cranial deformation(their pointy heads) and Crossbred Zebras with horses.

      Не, всъщност е вдъхновена от други реални събития назат в историята. Става въпрос за опита на персийския император Кир да завладее масагетите. Според Херодот Кир Велики загива в битката с масагетите отвъд река Сърдаря. Те са водени от царицата си Томирис. Томирис е реалният прототип на Zhea в книгите на Мартин.

  • @lookintothecrystalball4588

    Why do you think that George R.R Martin gave the ok, since two others help him make up the work of A Song of Ice and Fire. To make up all these different histories of people and places that have no bearing on the story most likely. I understand making a realistic whole world but not that much especially if they have no bearing on the story. If I was writing of Iowa I may make a map of the United States but not North America. I do dig it and it's cool. I'm just wondering why be so outrageously large.
