Wow! That was amazing! You may not call yourself an expert at making junk journals, but I sure would! The journal you created is beautiful, and it was so helpful to see your entire process. I am so impressed. I just started making junk journals in 2023. I’ve made at least 7, but I find much of the process of measuring and cutting and sewing in signatures quite I difficult. I always mess something (or many things) up. Nevertheless, I love doing it. I hope to be able to do it as efficiently as you someday!

This is spectacular! How you know where to place every single item is phenomenal! I'm putting a recipe binder together for my daughter using the same cardstock collection but there is no way I can put the collection together so artistically like you have! Tip for removing laminating bubbles. Use a needle or pin to poke a small whole or two in the bubble. Work the air out with your bone folder and run through laminator again. Works most of the time.

Great process video. Going to have to get that collection out and give it a go. Thanks for the encouragement. Question.. pages in the journal.. did you cut them smaller than cover?
Thanks, Susan! Yes, I do cut the inside pages smaller. I usually do a quarter inch shorter vertically and then, the horizontal size varies by what I do with the edge of the pages.
