Why little guidance is necessary in meditation. The true you (self) is always very calm silent & resting in peace but the disturbed & wandering mind needs little bit of guidance or help to go within to enjoy the serenity, deep state of being ...you don't have to act as per the guidance, you need to just flow like a leaf in a river.
