I resonated mostly with what was made reference to as to how sometimes our inner child is still running the show.
And we can see it in other people too.
Holding onto a program that already played out many years ago and no longer serves us now.
And sometimes we expect the best in life but we are still using an outdated story or program.
And to breathe deeply to open up or wake up my body.
Thank you so much for tuning in and sharing! We all have those little programs to transcend. They are part of the human experience and somehow provide a door for experiencing our true unlimited selves. I do believe that the breath can help to open us up and allow us to set those stories that no longer serve us.
