Thank you for sharing this. I've been going through this for the last week. I became aware one night of how critical I was of myself, just brutal. I decided to stop being so critical of my playing and having negative chatter in my mind. I surrendered to the Universe to be my guide, to let it all unfold naturally with full trust. Playing is so much more relaxed, mindful and enjoyable now. I'm continually learning new things out of nowhere, and developing musical knowledge. I too want to play beautiful music just to add some beauty to the world. That may take some time, but I have faith, and will not give up. My music has its own vibe, which when I record and play back at night before bed to evaluate, I have the most relaxing and peaceful sleep. It feels relaxing and healing to me, yet I know it needs some polishing on the playing technique and the confidence to let go melodically without hesitation. All in good time, let your beautiful light shine.

Very much enjoyed listening both of you. I resonated mostly with what was made reference to as to how sometimes our inner child is still running the show. And we can see it in other people too. Holding onto a program that already played out many years ago and no longer serves us now. And sometimes we expect the best in life but we are still using an outdated story or program. And to breathe deeply to open up or wake up my body.
