      I use Asset Cleanup to optimize for speed too. With it I can disable the use of determined files in determined pages. For example, one case, I don't need the forms files (.css and .js) loading in the home page or any page that don't have a form in it.I don't need all woocommerce cart files loading everywhere. So you can improve site speed a lot with this plugin.

      OxyToolbox is great. Also, I was just watching your template video. As you know, the Oxygen menus suck. I've been using Ubermenu for mega-menus. It's just a whole lot simpler and more flexible than the mega-menu item in Oxygen.

      I have both. Both are great products.
      Oxyninja if you don't have experience with CSS frameworks. Fast, simple, refined. Free icon pack with it.
      Oxymade if you're experienced with frameworks, especially Tailwind. More complex, more flexible, but requires more knowledge and time.

    You mention in your video that you "brutally modify" your OxyNinja frameworks. Maybe you would consider a video on some of the things you changed and/or your process and decisions on those changes. Also, do you do them on a case by case basis or are you doing them across the board for your basic plugin "stack"?

    • @Gearyco
      @Gearyco  Před 3 lety

      They're across the board ... baked into my site blueprint. Basics: I change everything that uses PX to REM. I remove default styling from the heading classes. I adjust the grid gap spacing a little. I used to change things to clamp, but OxyNinja is already transitioning a lot of stuff to clamp by default, so that's not as necessary anymore.

    • @jmcbade2960
      @jmcbade2960 Před 3 lety +1

      @@Gearyco I would love to see a short video on your process for changes if you can. Thanks for the clarification. I guess what I am really asking is where are all the css styles for selectors stored to modify? Are they on a sheet, in the DB or are you going through and modifying each one - one at a time?
