If you want to make a smoothie that tastes like a healthy banana milkshake that tastes so good follow these simpler steps:
1. blend half a can of low fat coconut milk with 1 banana, 1 cup of oat milk, 1 tblsp of stevia and 1 tblsp of vanilla extract
2. add ice and blend again until you have reached a smooth mixture
3. pour into a glass and enjoy

I always notice Nicolette has problems with her smoothie consistency, tell her to buy some frozen berries AND use the frozen bananas! Then top with a little liquid not too much! I make a smoothie EVERY day, and açaí bowls 😂🤷🏻♀️ freezing all you ingredients changes the game 😘💕

Nina I recommend you to make an Italian salad called puntarella. It is with a green celery, lettuce like vegetable called puntarella, olive oil and sardines. Its SOO GOODD xxxxx

I have that blender! You always have to put the lid on top of the blender first for the handle to go down and make sure the arrows match up on the corner of the lid and the blender!

Both Blair and Nicolette had troubles with chunks of ice or fruit. The reason for the chunks in the blender is because you are using the big blender that is meant to make large amounts of smoothies or whatever you like. I have the same blender. If you get the single cups that also fit on the blender, you can easily make chunk-free smoothies. Great job on the smoothie challenge, kind of inspired to make some but don't have enough ingredients to lol
