I have Indian origin and would like to make a suggestion- while ghee can be used for frying, baking roasting, its health benefits are optimal when added as 1-2 teaspoon on top of whatever food you are to eat. So if I making lentils or chicken curry, I make it using regular oil and serve it with some healthy carb with ghee atop.
So in Ayurveda which is the Indian health knowledge system of centuries, human body just like the planet has 3 doshas or elements. The fire, earth and air element. Ghee by nature has cooling tendency. Although it has a high smoke point, I would rather use it per its innate nature on top of cooked warm food, or first thing in morning with water than cook it at high heat. Another factor is sustainability My mother used to collect and store the cream that would form on top of milk as she would boil it for almost month then she would get on with the tedious process of making white butter from it which when heated would form the golden elixir ''ghee'. So the logic was cook vegetables, curries in oil and ghee is the elixir which we add atop given its cooling nature in moderation. It aids in digestion very much like the spices while cooling down the belly which just like a machine has heated up from digesting food. Think of it as healing lubricant for the body.

So excited I can get the spray Ghee at my Costco in Washington!! For some reason, we don’t get lots of things other Costcos do. It’s strange since Costco originated in Washington and I think should carry everything they offer and definitely more than any other locations! I bought the Turkey meat last time and put it in the freezer. It’s the best I think I’ve ever had!! Superb!!

My son has a cashew allergy and just found out our granddaughter has one as well when she had a reaction to a product with cashews in it. Thankfully, she had a mild reaction but she's 7 years old and it really scared her. So I'm glad I can use that product. They LOVE hot wings.
I’ve noticed the SafeCatch Ahi Wild Yellowfin Tuna is no longer on the shelves at the Davie Costco. I took the last 6 cans, no signage at that time so I couldn’t see if it had the asterisk. Do you see it in the BOCA Costco?

I have been searching every time I go to costco for the Dietz and Watson turkey, cant find it. It is the best I have ever had. The freezer section of my costco has been torn up for months now, so they just dont have a lot of things right now. :(
We tried the Banza pasta and it wasn't particularly good. It totally fell apart when cooked. Could it be because of the extra ingredients? Costco may not have it but we recommend the Barilla Chickpea pasta instead. The only ingredient is chickpea flour.

You recently did a short recommending that we get rid of our air fryer, which we had bought at Costco, but which has an unhealthy teflon coating. The one you used in the video was our exact fryer. However, when we went online to search for stainless steel, we were unable to determine if the entire unit, including the basket, was actually stainless on any of them. Do you have recommended healthy stainless brands?

I top off my sweet potato 🍠 with ghee salt and pepper and it’s wonderful!

Bobby that Turkey lunch meat freezes really well. We stock up, freeze it and then thaw one package at a time. Our kids love it.
