    I really appreciate your tutorials. Your tutorial on Oceans was pretty much spot on. Their where literally tons of elec. tutorials on CZcams but they where so vague at explaining what they where playing some where showoff videos and some where outright off you completed demystified the process for me and for that I'm grateful. This tutorial is excellent also love this song just started playing it at my church (not the 18 minute version though). 😊

    if i wanted to play this in the key of open G, will the lead parts still be the same up on the higher frets? or does it have to be moved down

      Just play everything the same except down one fret

    Using a dotted 8th note delay? Could you share your effects settings? Awesome job dude!

      Thanks! Yes dotted 8th delay.
      Guitar: USA Fender standard Strat; Amp: Peavey Classic 30 tube amp (clean);
      Overdrives: Greer Amps Lightspeed (verses and 1st chorus - gain at 2 o'clock) and Bondi Effects Sick As overdrive (2nd part of chorus - gain full); and MI Audio Blue Boy overdrive (stacked together with the Sick As for the solo/interlude)
      Delay: Boss DD7
      Reverb: Neunaber Seraphim (light, mix & depth around 1 o'clock)

      Thanks! Guitar: USA Fender standard Strat; Amp: Peavey Classic 30 tube amp; Overdrives: Greer Amps Lightspeed (most of the "chimeyness" is probably coming from that) and Bondi Sick As overdrive.

      Light overdrive: Greer Amps Lightspeed
      Medium overdrive: Bondi Effects Sick As
      Light reverb: Neunaber

      mynameishappiness Oh thanks! The guitar is a Fender USA Standard Stratocaster (year 2000). The amp is a Peavey Classic 30 tube amp

      Mark Vierthaler Clean channel, EQ all around 12 o'clock (slightly less treble for the Strat)
