It sounds like 1/4, not dotted 8th delays
Main delay is definitely dotted 8th. You can hear it especially in the bridge. However his extra delay for swells is 1/4 note.
More detailed. These tutorials need more information about the amp settings, pedal settings, etc..
Just use your ear and feel it out.
