Started watching when you got dug out your old mini truck. Never thought about going back & watching your eaier videos until now. I know what your thinking what a dummy.
Nice work, Puddin! You're getting pretty good at that sheet metal work. Are you gonna do something with the rear passenger floor? It looks a little crusty. One thought I had on the repair was to leave the sheet metal patch a little long until AFTER you pre-stretch it, then do your final trim to fit. That way the pre-stretch won't leave you short, like what you had at the front of your repair. KUTGW!! PS: I was sittin' on my ass while I was watchin' your video, and you still got it done, ; ^ )
It may look crusty but everything on the floor is good to go now. The panel was short on the front from me tacking it in with the back of the panel fitting to tight. I like to have a little gap. But in this case it ended up with a bigger gap at the front and almost none at the back. Lol
Looking great. I couldn't figure out why there were double lines when you laid them out for bead rolling, I'm assuming it was for the way those particular dies land on the metal? Just curious, honestly don't know
@@PuddinsFabShop guess speed and accuracy, but the tape measure will work fine if you take the time obviously. Nice work on the International, well kind of a chevy with a strange body but cool because you won't pass another very often that's for sure.
I'm just "Foored"with the quality of this build.
I ALWAYS look forward to seeing your latest video! They are always great!

Just wishing I was closer. I would help you.
You’re getting so much experience with sheet metal. A few more pieces of equipment you could build your own bodies. 😁

It’s just aesthetics so I can picture it lol
Seat belt tiedowns.
That will be be added depending on which seat belts I use.
Did you replace the triangle piece underneath that went between the floor pan, body mount and the frame?
I did not. Though is could be easily done. I just see it as a place to trap dirt and water and not really add needed support.
What gauge steel did you use on your floor pans ?
18ga
Why measure for the hole when you could have drilled it from the bottom
Why drill it from the bottom when you have a tape measure.
