Montana transgender lawmaker silenced from speaking

In Montana -- debate over a bill that would limit gender-affirming care for transgender youth led to chaos on the floor of the state house monday. Seven people were arrested just moments after the crowd began chanting "let her speak" in support of state Rep. Zooey Zephyr (D), a transgender lawmaker who has not been allowed to speak on the House floor since Thursday. CNN’s Lucy Kafanov is live with the details.
