I went into my business settings on ebay only selected Mondays, Wednesday, Friday by 5am for my business hours. it allowed me an extra day with 1 day business shipping. I was getting out most items same day or 1 day but we were in texas with extreme heat last summer. I didn’t want to take a hit on my seller rating with ebay if something went wrong with shipping and I actually needed an extra day. I was very surprised this worked and I had up to 2 days to ship items if needed and I am top rated plus on ebay.

PM/Ebay seller I ship same day if it’s sold before 3:00 pm and next day after that. Always within 24 hours!

I ship next day 99% of the time, post office 5 mins from my house, 10 from my full time job a d 20 mins from 24 hour post office in Atlanta😊

I've noticed on items that the seller isnt making much money , they would take more time to ship. So like anything under $20 i wouldnt expect them to hurry.

I shipped daily, but my postal worker picks it up on my porch. That’s the only reason I’m very lucky.

It is true that many people take 5 days to send it but if it is a resale business it is important to send it soon for customer service, I ship the next day and have been grateful by the customers

Poshmark has always given 7 days to ship, after 7 days the buyer can cancel. If they do not cancel you have a total of 21 days to ship, or the system will cancel it. Once they have to cancel too much, they will limit the account to accepted offers only for a time. This forces the seller to interact with the system that they are still active. It may have been ThredUp that extended return periods to 3 weeks during C-19. I don't remember any PM changes.

LOL when you mentioned about getting old! I hear you! You are right about next day. I'm back at my office full-time and quickly discovered I can no longer ship next day. I changed to 3-days because my work schedule can be erratic, arriving home late from the office, etc. I would rather change to 3-day shipping than run the risk of taking hits for not shipping on time. It seems that PM is built for sellers, I love it. Ebay always makes me nervous. I've only ever cancelled two items because of flaws I hadn't noticed when I was listing them, but I feel dinging people for that only encourages bad behavior. As in, I could just send the item and then refund the buyer, and I'd be out for the shipping cost, but it wouldn't knock me off top rated seller. But if I cancel, then I'm in trouble. It's really a stupid system, they should allow sellers to cancel an order if an item is unavailable, and only ding you if you're a serious repeat 'offender'.

I sell on poshmark and usually ship next day. I feel like it's really irritating when I buy something and it takes so long for the seller to ship I've actually been waiting for a week to hear from 2 sellers. Doesn't make me want to return to their closet.

Nikii if it's possible, and I wish this was something you could automatically be done on ebay to set to change handling days but to solve the isdue consider setting your handling time to 2 business days. Change your store shipping days to Monday to Friday And then what you would do is on Thursday night you switch it to 1 day shipping and then Monday morning you change it back to 2 days. That's a trick. That you can use to kind of encourage sales and I also set my cut off time for orders to be shipped that day is 5 AM each day this trick will give gives you a secret extra day according to ebay

For poshmark there are two different types of sellers. Some ship it next day and some wait over a week to send it

I ship next day but 99% of the time when I order from Poshmark it takes forever for them to ship. I only order if I don't need the item ASAP.

eBay just bans for no reason. I’ve never been banned but they have cut me off for 2 wks. I chat with them and they say they don’t see any problems. I’ve always been top rated. eBay is just having MAJOR problems the last 2 months with all the updates, server issues, payment issues, offer issues and search engine. So I suggest cross list your items and prepare because you never know when you will be impacted.

I miss living in Cali so so so so much! I used to live in the Whittier area. The sourcing here in Georgia is HORRIFIC. If I want to get a pallet and most is junk, I have to drive 3 hrs away 😢😢😢😢

Tbh, i follow my metrics and account status, you can print label on day of shipment than ship next day. A little tip to to avoid late ship dings, and maintain plus🤷🏾‍♂️

This isn’t true anymore. If it isn’t scanned the same day as the scheduled shipment and it doesn’t arrive within the projected timeframe, you now get dinged. If you look at your metrics, there are two late shipment ratings now. Printed shipping label late and not arrived on time.

I try to ship PM orders ASAP but sometimes life gets in the way. Their seller page says 2 days but the buyer end says give 3-5 days.

I'm curious on why you ship everything Priority Mail. Especially lightweight items. I always ship with the cheapest USPS option available. I feel like the cost of shipping figures into a buyers decision. It does for me when im buying. I have a scale and I weigh everything and price shipping accordingly.

I don't show everything I'm shipping out in these videos. If you see me using priority shipping, it is most likely poshmark sales. I can't show ALL my packages going out or else these videos would be an hour. 90% of my ebay packages are shipped ground advantage
