IT company can cheat you by:
1. paying salary on 15 instead of 1st of every next month which means they always have 45 extra days worth of salary even when you leave or
2. asking you to buy forced insurance like even the useless dental insurance(what if you already have better insurance and your teeth is maintain by local dentist they still force you to take insurance) or
3. Forcing you to take 10-80℅ salary as stocks of company instead of cash salary or
4. By pay very low or no salary in the name of training you as a fresher for job and giving experience certificate/portfolio.. actually killing your time while they make profit.. believe me the project you do in such company for free has Zero value to your new employer.. as they are fresher-made non-skilled person who make such projects
5. by not paying on last month of leaving by making life hell and forcing employee to leave company hence making them liable to pay last month salary
6. Flipkart sachin bansal story says he had to pay fine from his own pocket after binny (his reference employee)left amazon before time since sachin was also paid referral bonus when binny joined amazon earlier
7.After reaching senior position 5-15 yrs many companies hire juniors at a quarter of senior person salary and fire senior by making them train their juniors. Never make such mistakes.. documentation maybe essential part of law but training your junior is not legally required..its rather your stupidity if you train your replacement.
8. Not paying travel allowance
9. Rotating shifts that compromise with your health later on they will ask you to work at night then afternoon then change shift to day and evening you will never have enough time apart from sleep and online shopping for your other goals and health. You will be working like a trapped hamster in a wheel.
10. You dont need a boss to make 3 lakh per year.. you can make pakora, even sell water and air and earn lakhs every month.. the mba or btech you do is just to break your confidence and ambitious dreams from real-world and forcing you into a world of underpaid slavery in the name of IT where mostly companies run pirated windows and teach you lies to sell free antivirus to US/UK/Australia clients in techsupport section and badly written PHP and mobile clone apps code in the name of IT which is basically the fraud I have seen many students getting tricked into.
So in Such ways IT companies are definitely cheating you. 😀

Same mere sath hua chhod di company......pehle 4 month advance java sikhaya 2 month bench pe rkha fir ek ghatiya sa project mai daal dia jisme kaam tha mail karna copy paste....6 month tak chala copy paste.....tab tak java bhool chuka tha.....java ka passion tha training ke baad kuch develop krunga but copy paste mila.....kya fayda hua training ka ...6 month copy paste ke baad 1 month fir bench pe rkha.....fir muje aise project mai daal dia jahan muje abc b ni pta aur muje bahut sari pdf de di sikho ek week mai apne aap.....wahi course bahar 3 month mai lakhs mai sikha jata hai jo muje ek week mai sikhne ko bola gya......meri team mai sab senior the unko training di gyi thi 6 month ki 2 3 saal se wo us project mai kaam kar rhe the ....team member ne b bola aap aise kese karoge......but manager ko koi farak ni padta .....at last maine jana chhod dia ....chhod di wo bakwas company.

And there is nothing wrong in learning UI design and development. In start of your carrier I learned all sorts of things that might not be part of my job description but I did and Never said this is not my job, I'm a developer and I did setup network, router, switch, file server, kerbros, continuous built system and what not. All this help me to see big picture.

Agar India me he rahena he to IT field me mat jao. Kyuki India me jo salary milege wo 8 se 10 saal ke experience ke baad 1 se 2 lakh monthly milege. Par tum par itna pressure rahe ga ke tum apne age se pahele he buddhe ho jaoge. Isse achha he ke koi business shuru karo aur usme itna time do to IT se jyada kamao ge. Aur IT jitna pressure nahe rahega. Aur apne health aur family dono ko bacha paoge. Maine yahe kiya he. Ye mare story he. IT field chod chuka hu aur kafe better mahesus kar raha hu business me.

definitely it's also happen with me I learned Java before joining company but after joining I had to learn Oracle APEX and PL-Sql which was completely rubbish compared to Java.

Hello Santosh daware, your percentage in 10th and 12th doesn't matter if you are good in working. I scored 45% (10th) and 54% (12th) standard but practicing made me good designer/developer. If you're not meeting companies eligibility criteria, better try some other companies. Companies ki kami nahin hain, achche kaam karne walo ki kami hain. All the Best.

Hello Taiyeb, do you have the resignation copy you sent to your HR while resigning. Normally in any company the least notice period is of 3 months. If you've completed your notice period than you have all the rights to leave without their concern. If your company is still torturing, to need to compromise with no final settlement. Also you can easily explain this to your new company where you're planning to move. All the best.
