- My speedometer & odometer have been working intermittently, and my ABS light has been staying on. Cleaning my wheel speed sensors didn't fix the issues, so I decided to replace both the front and the rear wheel speed sensors on my 2017 Indian Springfield motorcycle. This video details how to do this replacement procedure. If you find it useful, hit the like button and subscribe to my channel for more motorcycle maintenance videos.

Thanks for posting. Very well explained and clearly filmed. Excellent work👍
Just too good Karthik,
Very well narrated and explained,
Guess that you can take some online training lessons for Mobike Tech Enthusiasts to be proficient in Servicing,
Keep up the good work, Karthik
Amazing work, buddy
👌👌👌🌺🌸🌻
Dear brother, you did good, but in the hardest way. The Service Manual says indeed to remove the battery box. But it way easier go trough under the motorcycle and remove the canister. It is only two Allen screws. And you can do it with no bike lifter, using only a jack lifter, positioned in the center of the bike. That is it.
what canister is this?
It’s the evap / charcoal canister. It’s only on California and international models.
Rear sensor, You have easy access from beneath. It took me 5minutes to dismantle it
Nice job. Thanks
Gracias
@@edmathew2004 perfecto!
Hi, do you by any chance remember what the error code was? Was it 84 19?
If I remember correctly, yes it was … “Received vehicle speed has error”
What is the gap from the sensor to the ring
According to the manual, the air gap should be 0.75mm +/- 0.25mm (or 0.030” +/- 0.010”)
