    Hooray for the headline, What concerns me is the arms Ghana or any country uses are home made or,,,,,,,,,, Yes you can use other nations arms but not 100% foreign made, I strongly believe there is 100% disrespect of a nation and its freedom, How on earth a nation with cut throat sanctions not only makes but produces huge stock pile of different weapons single handily. You never know the future, There just might be another Aleksander Makedonsa with eyes set to African Campaign, You just never know, We Africans of all races are the blessed ones, If only you knew how Europe commoners suffered in their own land,,,,,, But its time for our defence to make serious changes in military industrial complex our lord is always with us but as the saying goes one has to do what you out to do given the current trajectory of a ebbing European clout in international affairs, One can argue this truth tends to sprout hawkish desperate actions especially where their fangs have been rudely mutilated, We have the mind resources and dire need to make our own weapons, Get to work our lord hate lazy for granted mentality types, He won't save us this type around,

    Obviously a lot of u are ignorant about military operations and equipments. Even the advanced countries don't have it all. U think what you see in movies is how the reality is eh. Watch real war footages and u will understand things better

      it's sad. Ghana we should know we're big boys now and our armed forces should have at least 1 tank, a jet fighter etc. We're number 2 economy in West africa, and it should reflect in our armed forces infrastructure too

    • @kumho1321
      @kumho1321 Před 6 měsíci +1

      The list seems endless but we shall get there: main battle tanks, fighter jets, rocket launchers, attack helicopters, APCs, corvets, frigates, destroyers, submarines, missile systems, ammunition of various types etc. To have a strong military, Ghana needs a strong, resilient economy too. They have been rebuilding over the last few years, and I know we shall have one of the strongest military in the region soon.

    • @markntiri8251
      @markntiri8251 Před 6 měsíci +2

      @@kumho1321 beautiful response. To be fair we've not reallyhad the need to buy these stuff seeing as we're not at war, we don't have a boko haram etc. but if we can get at LEAST a tank, jet which are more or less BASIC military hardware, it'd be nice. Islamic insurgency is also lurking around
