      Duckweed is a fish feed and chicken feed. High protein concentration. Grows fast. Superfood. Could help remedy world hunger.

      +David Epstein I just did a science project last year, 9 m2 per persion, this year im testing for ethanol production

      ethanol production was 52,000% more efficient then corn, but I'm not sure I cant tell if my grams of suger per 100g of duckweed was dry or wet mass
