I love the fouetté part. Ballet is such a difficult art form and many people don't realize how much work goes into it. They only see the result, not the process. Here, we see students who are obviously very good, but they're still learning, and some of them struggle more than others. Although it must be nerve-wrecking to do fouettés on pointe in front of an audience when you're still trying to master the step, they don't give up. They wobble, they stop, they start again, they correct themselves. And that is how you progress, by being consistent and patient. The teacher seems to be a kind and encouraging person.
