Yeah I can understand, spending lakhs of rupees and not having possession on your plot is a hell of a feeling. This is mostly happening in Cuttack and Bhubaneswar. Trisulia is growing like anything and these builders and state govt dalals getting benefits out of it.

Do not buy land in madhuban and bachipur especially, as it is having settlement problems. Also do not ever take any land from builders over there. If u really want to, go through bank loan process or hire an advocate for cross verifying all papers
