Harold laski Is different from Harold Lasswell !!
While Laswell is Considered as Father of policy science who defines Politics as study of who gets what when and how + study of influence and influential !!
l Lasswell is well known for his model of communication which focuses on "Who (says) What (to) Whom (in) What Channel (with) What Effect".
On the other Hand :-
Laski is a pluralist and left oriented Marxist thinker !! Sometimes seen as a liberal Marxist !!

Unique aspect of Mill is that he is known as inconsistent thinker.
If he is known as champion of liberty, He is also known as, the prophet of empty liberty.
If Mill is a advocate of democracy, he is also known as reluctant democrat.
Mill is a utilitarian who destroys utilitarianism.
Conclusion :-
He is inconsistent because of the times. He stands at the crossroads of negative and positive liberty. Hence we observe inconsistency.
However, the significance of thinker is evaluated not on the basis of how much logically consistent he is, but how relevant the idea is.
