The uniqueness of this show is crazy...the fact that it's not just all about powers but also the lives of the characters made it interesting
Rappman explaining that George Floyd inspired him to make something to uplift black people is lovely! It really shows that we are all ONE across the diaspora. I know sometimes we can get caught up in the diaspora wars but as a girl from South East, Washington DC. The capital of the USA I can relate to a few of the characters. Our stories are not that much different but our futures can be if we stick together and uplift one another ❤
We are one. Once we realise this it puts us all at an advantage ❤❤

Love this show. As a black man, seeing an all black cast was amazing. The acting, the visuals, everything was great. Looking forward to Season 2
When I realised 99% of cast was black and they had super powers, I was like hold on a minute.. but then I thought it's probably for highlighting culture and excellence in the community. Bro do your thing man

The buzz is all over America. Our representation in this world is and had always been terrible. This movie has opened our eyes to see our brothers and sisters in LONDON. ITS CRAZY YOU DONT ALWAYS IMAGINE there are stars, actors and rappers etc. in other countries. It’s crazy. I am so glad and excited for this series. Rapman I hope there is more. It makes us want to search for more. What have we missed? The show is amazing. Congratulations 🎉

They had their own spin, brilliant actors and superbly written. Ghetts was fantastic in his role wish they kept him he was like Sylar from Heroes.
Took inspiration from MisFits but the original for all of this was HEROES.

I haven't seen or read any negative comments about this series on social media, which just goes to show how much they outdid themselves with this show. It's a series we didn't know we needed, and it's incredibly interesting. I enjoyed it immensely! ❤️🔥
I love this so much! An amazing show that doesn’t over sensationalize any aspect of these characters. There isn’t anything that is done in poor taste! Gang life, street violence,drug dealing, drug use, father son dynamic, illness. Nothing! Everything is done so well, it’s relatable, realistic, humanistic and powerful!

Just learned about this show from watching Rapman'a interview on The Breakfast Club. I have a very close relative with a variant of sickle cell and this idea is truly amazing! Congrats Rapman, congrats to the cast and production team for such an incredible project! Thank you for the awareness and representation 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Absolute admiration for Rapman and co, this story is fantastically crafted, its grounded sci-fi tone is effortlessly cohesive and relentlessly captivating, and its impactful plot has me craving the next installment.
I'm praying the second release is already underway; this is the kind of show I wish I could watch in the classic extended format of a 20-30 episode series; what we've seen is remarkable, the potential is outstanding, and the wait will be utterly agonising.
