is there a way to attach a CAT tourniquet to it? will one of those fit along with the ETA trauma kit?

We prefer to run tourniquets separate from the kit, on a shoulder or other area, so we can grab the tourniquet first and fast. The TourniQuick® is what we developed to keep one ready to deploy.
You might be able to get a flat folded tourniquet SOFTT-W or something similar next to the kit inside the KitRetainer™, but we always recommend storing a tourniquet in a faster access, separate location. ~ Rob
