Strong kit with strong downsides. It's not hard to exploit her weaknesses but if she gets out of control it's hard to manage her. I would love for the future champions to be similar. Having clear big weaknesses can show skill expression when played well and i think it's easier to balance
There is literally 0 skill expression in this champion, her niche is literally not having to play the game and go full on autopilot mode. No, having super clear weaknesses and strenghts doesnt make a champion easier to balance, it just makes them broken in low elo and shit in high elo or extrenely situational. She doesnt even seem fun to play, every ability is recycled with 0 skill expression, actually just a terrible design.

The only way you could play her autopilot is if you're 15/0 and the enemy never groups ever. Which is the same for any other bruiser, except every other bruiser can control their character most of the time. If you use your W into 3 people and don't have E up, you die. If you hit your R or your W targets the enemy tank, you need Q to switch to other targets. If you're berserk, you can't move to dodge a skillshot. The whole kit is based on managing the berserk status without going into bad fights and dying. That's where the skill expression is: Decision making.

The fact that R and W turn her into a literal bot mean you need to be great at timing Q and E as they're the only ways to dodge any type of skillshots. Also she needs good positioning to catch the right target wtih R, otherwise she just kills herself by autoing a Rammus. Also her R is wonderful in tfs and ganks so she needs some macro skills to reach her full potential

Probably, don't play the other 2 much/unless forced in ARAM, but Neeko clone tends to counts as a champion for all intents and purposes (except "on kill/takedown" stuff), both good and bad, so Birars ult will probably mark and chase it and then end when the clone does. (same as other skillshots & "first champ hit" abilities)
In howling abyss if you Briar ult but you're going through a hexgate as it hits an enemy, it gives you perma true sight on them until they dies and you are not berserked
If Fiora W her ult, does she still charge or is it considered as not hitting the ult? Does her R count as a dash for Cass, Singed and Poppy W? What about Gwen, like, you ult but the projectile doesn't land because she becomes immune, which also leads to Yasuo and Samira W, how do they work? Sivir E and Noc W as well.

I guess one of the developers decided to code a nasty trick rather than giving her perma vision of her prey during her ult. Something happened to me the other day: I was playing briar and i ulted a samira. Then Urgot ulted me, and i was low hp so he was devouring me, but then my ult hit Samira and looks like Urgot's ult was canceled, because i went straight to the Samira with my ult
She can flash during her regular frenzy or use Q or W dash again to make another targets closest to swap targets, or during ulti use W for mobility , those will be the key to win.
