Our Mountain Falls Cabin is READY!!

- After a year of waiting the Skinner's mountain cabin -- Bar 39 -- is finally complete! It’s been a long time coming, but every second of the wait was worth it.
Angie takes us on a tour of their new mountain home. Starting with the beautiful kitchen that has a perfect light-to-dark balance. The Skinners decided to have Thermador appliances -- and they have the full combo of refrigerator, freezer, and wine cooler! The island is a waterfall style made of granite, with a china cabinet on the wall. The kitchen is also equipt with a butler’s pantry, perfect for hiding away any clutter that is not wanted on the kitchen counters.
Across from the kitchen is a floor-to-ceiling fireplace. The Skinners decided to do something a little different with their fireplace. Instead of the full-stone fireplaces that most people have, the Skinners went with a steel fireplace and stone framing. The dark steel and light stone complement each other wonderfully, giving the room a very homey feel. On each side of the fireplace is custom cabinets.
Leading to the patio are glass doors that can open all the way, making it a true open-air porch. Instead of another living area, the Skinners turned it into a bar. Complete with a bar sink, dishwasher, ice maker, wine cellar, drink cooler and plenty of storage for glasses. The real show stopper is the light-back wall that Angie saw and immediately fell in love with!
Right off the mudroom is a small guest bedroom, which includes one of the most sentimental decorations of the entire cabin, pieces from Thynhils Farms -- Angie’s family farm. A tribute to Angie's Southern Ohio roots and paying homage to the farm that was established in 1865.

Holy crap Angie...!! Your other cabin is amazing and this one is over the top !! I gotta admit. I am a big light things up guy. I never thought about lighting the kickboards in the kitchen. That is my next project....! Thank you so much for sharing your life with us. I know you love your PR job, but Angie.... interior design is right up your alley...😉
Thank you , those under cabinet and upper cabinet accent lights are so easy and so cool! we added more under the bar and even in the master bedroom accent shelves!
