I always focused on the parts where Jesus said "Be the light" and "Heaven is INSIDE you!" I couldn't reconcile those with what was being taught in most churches... to many people. I spent years looking, then I discovered the Nag Hammadi texts, that have the Essene scriptures in them, the Sophia of Christ.... blew my mind... and the rest is history. :) lol

Earlier today I had an epiphany about this, about being able to rise higher and it became very clear to me in a visceral way that we are all at exactly what we can handle. I got a "snapshot" of what it would be like if I was allowed to rise higher than what my current state and understanding allows and it wasn't pretty. We really have to have time to integrate and absorb these things and it can not be rushed and also this teaches the extremely valuable and painful lesson of patience and may thy will be my will.....

So true. Every word. Best explanation of forgiveness ever. I recall wanting to avenge a nasty childhood bully. Years later, I saw him in a grocery store. When I confronted him, he didn’t even remember who I was, let alone what he had done to me. I was carrying all that anger around all those years and it only hurt me. If we’re ever going to experience real peace, we just have to let go and move on.
You are spot on. Forgiveness of others gives you freedom. I say from a perspective of childhood sexual abuse. I found an expert person who could explain the abusers mind to me so that I could understand, empathise, and then forgive.
As always so confirming. Put ourselves in the other’s shoes to balance. There is no absolutely truth outside of spirit! Thanks for the teaching brother!
Aaron This video was such an affirmation to what I suspected. I was recently triggered by somebody and their political diatribe. Although I've separated myself from politics I still found myself internally reacting although I said nothing. Intellectually I kept saying they are listening to those who feed that perspective it's no wonder they see the world the way they do. And I asked myself can I put myself in their shoes. The difficulty I had was feeling that my perspective was the truth. And then I found myself actually thinking, how do I know my perspective is the truth?
I was being guided to open myself, and you came to me with this video.

I got sober at 16 and was standing in a circle of a candlelight meeting and each kid went around and shared a bit of their story by the end i was completely overwhelmed with the grace of knowing I myself and They were my rapist, molesters, and thieves, these beautiful young people so hurt and confused...this is where we come from when we don't get help, this is who fills up every prison. I was overcome with instant understanding and forgiveness. ✨

What your saying is so true. I for some reason always understood when my boyfriend would abuse me for years he was acting out of pain and from how he was raised and abused himself. I think by me always seeing his true self he was able to completely heal himself and change his whole life. I don't get triggered when I think about those years. I also had lessons to learn from that experience and heal myself and take responsibility for my own self as well. Absolutely! Everyone is right. Therefore there is no reason to fight and war. LET everyone. We all get to experience this life through our own lense. Taking it farther, this is why we can ALL have a different experience even when looking at the same information. Since the day we're born, we're conditioned. It continues to mold us until we get entrenched in our mental positions. And then we start preaching our mental positions, and voting them, and judging others by them. It just goes on and on... unless we can see that we're all right. 😂

I had started to think in the back of my mind that not wanting to be triggered by anything at all was a subconscious wound. I suppose I had started to think that being triggered was normal again. I had forgotten that this is actually spiritual balance. I've been away too long. :D
I need to make it a point re-expose myself to you every so often instead of when I feel ready for the next level-up. You're the highest quality person I've met and it's easy to lose track of the goal when at the bottom of the well and the moon is new. Thankfully it just started to crescent again.

Aaron, this is where I am. The Creator showed me so much when I became awake seeing into the dimensions. I was seeing auras, hearing the voice, speaking in tongues, seeing things before it happened and receiving downloads. I have taken care of people my whole life. I don’t want anyone. My life has been hard. I have not accomplished my goals because of others. I want to be alone to do just me. I feel I can to earth just for others but this is not my heart anymore. I feel heavy and weighed down. I want out. I feel like a maid and not appreciated.
I love all of this, right down to my Christian upbringing and showing the triggered my love and thoughts as to why I also moved out of religion. Thank you as always for your calm loving wisdom 🫶

do no harm ....give the ego it's day...this anger has no purpose. 1. oneness..the law of one. you are all things. balance of oneness 2. polarity. all that exist is balanced. in order for love to exist..fear has to exist. creator is without polarity. 3. Balance, perfect balance within our selves. All I want is to be kind and loving. ..whatever triggers you put yourself in their shoes or thier perspective. Everything is right from their perspective. Truly try to understand their perspective, put yourself in their shoes.
Thank you. This life can get so difficult. Trying to implement these ideas in a world that fights to prove the opposite to you. My soul is weary from this struggle but these videos remind me I'm not alone and what the goal is. This makes it all worth it

Wow Aaron. What a beautiful gift for articulating truth in a way that opens my heart and lovingly dissolves the false beliefs of my ego. These lessons (and all of the daily catalysts I'm consciously engaging with now) have opened me up to knowing and receiving mySelf at a depth I've been yearning for. And with my most recent "major" catalyst that catapulted my awareness out of my solar plexus into my heart, i find myself integrating at a pace I've never experienced in the last decade of my exploration of consciousness. It's times like this that I feel, know and see the absolute perfection of karma.
Your explanation has helped me turn up the lightbulb in my journey to really come from the heart and understand perspectives. Although we will likely rarely get the opportunity to really engage enough with most other people to truly know another's perspective, it's helpful to keep that in our hearts when we catch ourselves passing judgements for something we don't understand. Thank you brother. I've been struggling a lot trying to forgive people who are actively abusive. I do practices like H'oponopono, etc. and have even contemplated things you said, but I haven't yet truly "innerstood" the truth in my heart. This video certainly was yet another stepping stone in my path towards forgiveness though. So thank you. Not just for this, but for everything you do. You truly are such a precious gift and have positively impacted my life these past few years 🙏🏽

I really needed this! As a lifelong Liberal AND an “antivaxxer”, I watched in horror as all my liberal friends and family mercilessly attacked me and others for following OTHER science (equally credible). This forced me to agree (for the first time ever) with the Republicans.
I honestly saw them getting attacked for existing! Seriously.
I have a harder time now relating to the liberals and I still don’t have Independent (political) friends.
It’s been absolutely insane and I can clearly see how unfairly the right are treated by the left. I guess I now need to try and understand the left again 😂🤷🏻♀️

This completely helps shift my ideas on parenting. I was directly able to apply this knowledge with my 7 year old this morning. Thank you, Aaron for being the answer I asked God the help for just this morning to release and forgive some things that are still charged up in me. This also happens to be one of your best episodes for me since I'm following your channel (more than a year) in terms of the amount of info and concise format. Maybe because it was an answer to my prayer but I soaked every word like a sponge. The 'aha' moment for me was the part where you said that "you don't have to agree to understand and your ego wants you to think that by understanding you agree to it" because I've developed the capacity to 'understand' the other perspective and where it comes from, if not right away then after some time and contemplation, but I've always felt guilty of it feeling like it is approval or other people made me feeling guilty of understanding other perspective. Now I've gained more clarity how Ego makes it seem so. Thank you so much!

This is an inspiration to me on how to teach about The One Infinite Creator in such a balanced way.. many things I read in the RA material gave me a greater understanding of my inner thoughts after leaving Christianity. I'm now in the process of spiritual balancing. I've known that all is one from a much younger age but didn't know how to express these thoughts. I'm happy to see that more and more are coming to this realization. Peace and love 🙏🏾
I just want to add when you said it that there was nothing wrong with anger I agree but when you said it doesn’t serve a purpose I know it’s an example and someone might know that they must choose to express it , feel it in their own way.

We typically feel so much guilt about anger. Anger can serve a positive purpose as well for example to fire up our ambitions and our actions in a useful way. In a constructive way. It can be used for inspiration. It can inspire us to improve our communication skills, take a course on interpersonal relationships, or enroll in a self-improvement program. Anger can bring good change. It might be the energy for us to move up and out of a situation that is unsatisfactory. The anger can inspire us to reeducation to put forth greater clarity of effort. It can inspire us to look within ourselves and relinquish all negative feelings via acceptance.

I came across the Law of One about 3.5 years ago because of you and Brian Scott, and when I started reading it, every part of me seemed to react to it with resonance and remembrance. It was and still is amazing and i turn to it regularly.
When i started putting this concept you spoke about today into practice, everything changed. I suddenly started to see myself and everyone else differently. Radically different. Nowadays, my husband, sons, and I always go to, "but what might have caused that person to act or talk in that way, and would i have reacted any differently if I were them and had their conditioning and life experiences?" It helps a lot. And it helps us see ourselves better as well as we identify patterns and forgive ourselves as we move along this path of learning and growth.

Loved that you pointed out that all perspectives (conditioned beliefs) are only relatively true...that is not easy for a lot of Beings (I AM Presences) to see and know. Our True Nature as Unconditional Love is beyond all beliefs because it cannot look upon Itself...a dimensionless invisible omnipresence appearing in Eternal Infinite Light. The Ego is the Eternal I sitting between our Invisible Existence (Yin) and our fully illuminated Being as Consciousness (Yang). When we unite these two within our Being then we know our True Origin as a Life-Giving Spirit - a Creator.

I used to be so “good at this” until I met this one person with whom I forget all about holding different perspectives and being able to feel love and compassion for, instead of feeling disrespected and villainised - sometimes for days after one incident, before I’m able to see that their reactions are just their own upbringing and has nothing to do with me. And that they are a good person, but a person who needs special environment to be able to heal and transform. What I struggle to get clear on is; when is “trauma-bond” only toxic and distructive (except for in obvious cases with physical abuse etc), so not good for me, and when is it an opportunity for growth, and growth together? I keep swinging between thoughts like I can’t tolerate this kind of lashing out and mental aggression , I’m not here to save them, and then when I’m able to hold their perspective I see a hurt person who loves but fears, and needs to be loved to heal. I also understand that it always takes two to tango.. I’d really appreciate any constructive perspectives on this🙏🏼
My trigger person is covert npd. I'm so happy brother Aaron helped me to be able to "forgive" her, truly in my heart. Something I had struggled with forever, until now. Going NO CONTACT feels bad, but necessary.
I now pray for her soul. Becoming aware of and realizing her mental personality disorder allowed me to know it's not a negative. I chose to keep out of harms way. Now I can love her😊

For a few years now, I've tried my best to walk this earth like a Ghandi of some kind... and I've been successful at it (so I'd like to think). Except when it comes to driving my car and encountering road rage coming from me!!
Anyhow.. I vacationed in Mexico for a month, just returned to Texas last week and came to realize my road rage has been healed.
Watching this video just now.. it has sealed the deal. I have no more road rage and my cortisol level has gone way down while driving.

I am increasingly impressed by what you have to say Aaron Abke, I am 55 and have only known that I have some kind of intuitive that is on the GIFTED spectrum for sure, I never saw not believed in UFOs or ET or anything like that I never looked up the subject until Feb 10 of 2023 I noticed something in the sky while taking amazing photos of a fullish moon from West Vancouver Canada while house sitting for 10 days - after 90 minutres of observation, maybe at the 1 hr mark. .. my eyes filled with tears, it very suddenly HIT ME and I said out loud" OMG Marc you ARE SOOOO smart .... in one moment its like I nearly literally was feeling neural networks in my brain wiring together - knowledge travelling around the brain that was feeling INDESPUTIBLE to me, first time ever... and what I said Is to try to be more kind and patient with "religious types" they are taught to believe WHATEVER indoctrination ... all the Jesus stuff ... was really POINTING TO (you used that exact word here at 55 seconds approx) pointing to one ultimate truth... I always thought as humans it did not make sense to have such differeing beliefs ...but at least many around the world believe in Jesus - I watched a uap for the first time not even thinking they were real before then... and after an hour it came to me ... this is Jesus or "Gods" from above... and THE RELIGIONS of the world (which i have only ever seen as a way for man to control man and keep man in doubt, and in fear, and in subservience) I also recognized most people (especially since watching many others now witnessing unknown craft in the sky and how they respond, I've seen reactions vary from fear and horror... and hearing things like "praying the rosary" ... "mama go get thet guns thats a ufo " etc etc ... and meanwhile my response is AWE, WONDER, and a realization that all religions POINT to an approximation of ET's and UFO's but sugar coat it in folklore like stories all the religions .... we are one species who can't agree on our origins ... well we are lied to that's for sure, but I wonder what made me realize even at 11 or 12 years old, going to Catholic church, something did not feel right ...I wasn' t buying it.... I have suffered major depression in my life, and was considering taking my life quite often in 2022 and 2023 - UNTIL I SAW WHAT I SAW and my sightings have been increasing ever since, and thought I have been a decade now on a paid mental health leave - its t he first time I feel motivated to stick around because my knowledge is increasing ... I also regret getting double SO CALLED PROTECTION from the aflliction we were made to deal with in early 2020,,,,. Today I would be a strong NO THANK YOU TO mass campaigns to inject us with not yet fully understood technology they call medecine and even changed the definition of what those injections are called so it suits their last MISTAKE (although purposeful) - I had trust issues before this with people but trusted doctors and medecine ....now I trust only a handful of people online and you are one of them, I thank you for teaching the way you do, clearly and in ways most can understand more easily. Thank you Mr Abke ... by the way the image I'm showing is an example of metaphysical manifestation of a tiny object I am completely unfamiliar with , yet i call it alien angel ... if you look closely that's what it looks like ... HINTS are being dropped physically in my environent ... then a week or two later I spot something in a video (sometimes revelations related) or some wisdom youtube channel that depicts art work behind the interesting text it talks aloud similar to concepts you present and in a similar way, only to find the background creative imagery shown looks exactly like sudden found object in my apartment I know has nothing to do with anything but can only have materialized or placed there by an entity / from the other side of the veil....
I have also more than once been witness to something that should not nomally seem animated (sometimes its scraps of food or something small i find on the floor thinking what is that? like green or leafy , but then observe it taking on form and shape, too small to manipulate by hand, and i'm no sculpture or artist but what I saw takes on very defined shapes that look like things from reptilian people to like maybe even a mini dinasaur the size of a pinkie toe nail clippiong ... verly small then full of detail when taking pictures up close... I'm pretty much disowned by family now who think my use of subsantces is responsible for all this, when in fact that is not the case. Walking a journey completely alone without support, I get support from a handful of material, YOURS ESPECIALLY is among What I am finding most helpful ! thank you!
