- We can create a prison or paradise in our minds and all of that decides whether we succeed or fail even before the first step. Our ability to achieve our goals and dreams depends on the beliefs within our own mind. To some extent you know some of those limits but many lie below conscious awareness.
In this journey, you will return to a desert island which you may have visited before. This time you are going to head to the centre of the island, to forge a new path until you arrive at an ancient temple.
Insider the temple you will meet both your darkest shadows and highest self. With the support of the light of your higher self you will both reveal and free yourself of your shadow self, of the voices and beliefs that were embedded in your mind as a child.
After this release, you and your higher self will unite and take a quantum leap to the future to visualize what you are capable of achieving. You have 1 minute to ask your higher self 1 question and then return peacefully to the here and now to begin to follow the path to become your higher self and realize your goals and dreams.

I just want to thank u for being part of my journey.. I'v been trought a dark time, years of negativity and self destruction. Now I'm finaly in a better place, a place of peace, manifestation and self care. It's recent, so I'm always with a sensation that I'm going to return to that dark place or that the floor will fell down under my feet at any time, but your meditations help me to keep going in a positivity way of mind.

Weird, yesterday I started reading a random book that had been sitting on my shelf for a few years and it had unexpected Inca references, and then today this was posted? I’ll definitely be listening to this tonight, I think someone is trying to get my attention
Interesting synchronicity, I agree. I actually went through a few different ideas (ancient medieval castle, magical citadel, Greek laybyrinth) but this one was the one where the writing flowed. I hope you find the inner world of the temple revealing to you.

Unfortunately, we creators do not have a choice anymore, CZcams will not remove ads from the end of videos. I spoke to my Partner Manager about it but they simply said that everyone was going to experience this change. You can complain to CZcams at their support email address. I did share Jason Stephenson's campaign to speak up about this change. I will ensure there is a warning about this in videos going forward but the ads will be there for all new videos going forward. There are many people listening to each session and, of course, not every session is going to suit everyone. It's an intentional decision on my part to use a variety of techniques for the many different preferences of those who listen to this channel.
